Exact-case evidence
Do iPhone 12 and iPhone 12 Pro use the same case?
The short answer
They can share a case when that exact case lists both models. Spigen Tough Armor SKU ACS01710 is one documented example.
An example with a specific model number
Spigen’s black Tough Armor SKU ACS01710 lists iPhone 12 Pro / 12 in its compatibility section. That provides a concrete case to check, rather than assuming compatibility from a product photo or screen size.
Can a 12 Pro case fit the standard 12?
The shared compatibility listing for this SKU covers both directions. For another case, check its own model number and compatibility statement. We have not physically tested either phone in this case.
A device selector is not a shared-fit list
The Spigen page also offers mini and Pro Max selections. Those are alternative products, not evidence that the selected case supports every phone in the dropdown. Keep the SKU, colour and selected device together when shopping.
Which details should you check?
Confirm the camera opening, access to buttons, charging-port clearance and screen edge after identifying the correct SKU. Stop if the case presses a button or does not seat normally. A case’s ability to hold a phone does not independently prove its protective performance.
